Everything was great except our room overlooked a roof with no balcony access. Room also did not have water bottles

Excellent breakfast. Slightly off smell in the room but nothing too bad. Nice patio for breakfast too!

First off our check in was at 3pm we arrived just after 3 and our room was still dirty, the front desk ladies called housekeeping who said it would be another hour, we had places to be and this was not ok. We were offered nothing for this almost 1 hr delay and we almost missed our dinner reservations. Rest of the stay was ok, an average stay Until the morning and I witnessed 3 of the housekeepers start fighting in the elevator, arguing and banging carts Last when my husband went to take a shower and the tub filled up and would not drain I expected more from the hotel and was a bit disappointed
