Everything was wonderful. One tip tho: to get hot water in the shower you have to poo t the handle, rsther than the top of the pointer to the left to get jot water. In other words it seems backwards.

The hotel is very good, modern architecture and the food is very good. Location is amazing, just a short walk to some amazing restaurants and bars. Food in Cafe 49 which is part of the hotel has a wonderful ambiance and the pork knuckles is a must try.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to Ximending and surrounded by many delicious local food options. It’s a great place to stay for both couples and families. The room also included a welcome gift of two pineapple tarts, which I really appreciated. However, when I first entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. The bathroom also seemed a bit worn out and could use better maintenance. Considering the price, it didn’t feel entirely worth it, which was disappointing. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Customer Service - Very good and polite staff. Staff helped me upgraded my room, booked chartered taxi and airport transfer. Hotel Location: Very convenient - Next to Taipei MRT Station and HSR, Family Mart (ATM Machine). Unique amenities: Complimentary welcome drink at 17 cafe, happy hour snacks and drinks, complimentary breakfast included in room rate. Currency exchange available. Jade restaurant - disappointed food and service. It was supposed to close at 9:30pm, chef left at 9pm, no rice provided for my orders said chef gone for the night.

We enjoyed a lot in Taipei. Hotel was clean, staff were all friendly, perfect location.

Convenient location, good breakfast

Great location just opposite Juan Tan metro station exit 2. Room is small but bathroom is spacious with bidet. My queen-sized bedroom came with washing machine which is great given the hot days and also rainy days, both types which require fresh clothes. The light breakfast with ice machine, hot/cold water dispenser, and small selection of coffee/tea was helpful for those who need pick me up. Will return to stay if I can.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was expensive.
