To start, the staff is very welcoming, the room clean and has everything you need, from shower gel to toothpaste and toothbrush. The restaurant has an amazing food. I do have to say that the buffet wasn’t that great for me. Room service was the best at any hour of the day. I really recommend this resort. Forgot to mention that the golf field is amazing and I had a great time.

Beautiful Property, Just Not Our Travel Style We recently stayed at ZEL and had a really nice trip overall. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds were very well maintained. The security staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always made us feel safe. The food was good for an all-inclusive, and the cappuccinos were SO good! ☕️ About 98% of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We did have one less-than-friendly interaction with a manager at the front desk, but thankfully that was the exception. Room service could use some improvement. It sometimes took quite a while, and getting through to room service could be difficult. The seaweed was unfortunately pretty bad while we were there, but that’s obviously outside the resort’s control. ZEL did make an effort to combat it and keep the beach as clean as possible, which we appreciated. Our biggest takeaway was realizing that we’re more the explore-and-experience-the-destination type of travelers than the sit-at-a-resort-all-week type. That’s not a reflection on ZEL—it was a beautiful place to stay and a great home base for our trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, loved the beautiful property, and appreciated the wonderful staff. We had a great time traveling together and would recommend ZEL to anyone looking for a beautiful all-inclusive resort experience.

Great time for a family of 3 with a 6yr old. What a beautiful location, everything is well kept and its paradise. Drinks were good and staff was very attentive especially Jorge at the main pool. Great vacation.
