We had a lovely time at Crimson! Everything from the food to the staff to the amenities was top notch! We felt very welcomed and the staff was fabulous. The rooms were perfect and we loved hanging by the pool and using the gym. There is a couple of dining options with large menus which we enjoyed as well. The food and service was beyond 5 star! Can definitely recommend!

The wife and I stayed at the Shangri-la from August 25th to September 7th. We had no previous experience at a resort setting and so did know what an awesome experience shangri-la would be.
From the hotel staff that welcomed you in when you stepped out of the cab to really all the men and woman who work there. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. From the hotel greeters and security, the front desk, the serving staff in all the restaurants, and the people who clean your room.
They all made me feel like family. The customer service was exceptional. I now understand that the Shangri-la is a step above the rest!
There is so much to do at the hotel grounds alone that the kids and yourself can enjoy that really only you can limit your experience.
My wife and I would highly recommend the Shangri-la to anyone and everyone we can. The stay was again exceptional, and thank you for everything you did for my wife and myself. See you again soon lol!
