"A decent hotel for the price. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and this one did not specifically live up to the standard of those ones. The hotel itself is not clean. I assume when the rooms are cleaned the floor is vacuumed so why not continue into the hallway. The first floor was very dirty as well due to the traffic, a quick sweep once an hour or so would be a huge plus. My room was not cleaned during our two night stay, not a big deal but our trash was full and we needed our towels replenished. The front desk employees were great each interaction!! Breakfast was well stocked but very crammed and not enough seating. Location is great when visiting Pittsburg. "

"Airport shuttle was easy to find but with the new terminal that was built, it removed the walking access to the hotel which is very unfortunate. The hotel is still a very comfortable hotel as it always has been."
