「We have only good things to say about this property. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers were so professional, kind and welcoming. Sheena at the front desk worked miracles when our best friends accidentally booked at the wrong property. She was able to get them booked and maintained the rate from the other property even though it was last minute. We cant say enough about Pam, the bartendar, cook and confidant. She was a rockstar serving not only the bar, but a class reunion...

「Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man.
