"Nice room, although small by American standards. The restaurant refused to serve me because I would not order an alcoholic drink. I could not make them understand that I would pay the cover charge even though I didn't get a drink."

"This hotel is amazing. Based on the room setup with the old school phone console with light switches, you can tell it's a little on the older side. The beds were large and comfortable, easily the most comfortable beds in my last dozen trips to Japan. The rooms were spacious as well. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but it's not amazing. It's not located right by the station, but it's only 5-10 minute walk to the station. It's not the most affordable, so I would stay here again if I could find a deal."

"We were so grateful that the hotel is situated right at the Sendai JR station with direct access. It was a rainy day and our original plan was unfortunately scraped. We were still able to enjoy many great food and shopping right there without getting soaked in the rain. Hotel was clean and well-equipped, particularly appreciated the free soft drinks at the lounge!"
