10/10 Excellent
"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its outstanding location directly connected to JR Sendai Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel, sightseeing, and getting around the city. There are countless restaurants and dining options nearby, offering everything from local specialties to international cuisine. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of shopping centers and many attractions in and around the station area, making it a perfect base for exploring Sendai. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel facilities were modern and well-kept, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff.
