If you are heading to Sendai, highly recommend this hotel. It has all the qualities that a traveler would want. Engaging and helpful staff. Spacious and immaculately clean room. Bed was very comfortable and even the pajamas provided fitted well and was nicely pressed. The hotel, a 2-minute walk from a subway station, is next to two 24-hour convenient stores. Can’t beat that!

Excellent value, lovely hotel

Great balance of price and luxury, a very clean and modern hotel. Large public baths are on offer but rooms also have private bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and the on-site restaurant is excellent.

This was a very clean property from all the public spaces to the guest rooms. The staff were first class with their smiles and willingness to assist guests at any time. The only thing I would suggest is to turn down the frequency and amount of scent used in the scent machine. It was quite strong for those who are sensitive to scent. We really enjoyed our stay!

First time visit to Sendai. One night only. This hotel matches up with $300-350/per night (US) for a Tokyo hotel. It's solid. I was unfamiliar with Sendai and didn't know what else the city had to offer in the way of tourist attractions, but the hotel was conveniently located near a wide variety of those covered shopping street malls. For this trip, that was good enough for me. Decided to get breakfast there too. Good decision. Buffet was excellent.

good hotel with good price

Hotel is modern and comfortable. Price is very reasonable and happy to stay in this relatively higher class hotel. But was surprised they charge still for the parking and at that time the top floors facilities are reconstruction so not available. They should accommodate the parking since they are missing some of the services.

Not able to use public bath

My stay was generally good with the big exception and disappointment that the public bath was not in service during my entire stay. This was the big reason I booked this hotel (knowing that Mitsui Garden has nice public baths). I feel I should have been told this before booking.

good location, a few minute walk from JR station, easy to find cafe' or food court, room is tidy and clean, high security room card, staff is helpful, check out is easy, just drop in the box. Highly recommended.

The hotel is the best place to stay in Sendai, if you want to walk this shopping area. Subway station and shopping arcade are just 5minutes from the hotel. Laundromat is locates top floor.

My overall stay was good. The staff were helpful and kind. You do have to cover up tattoos for the public bath on the property. The room was clean only one thing (lantern) was dusty. I would stay here again. It was in walking distance to convince stores, restaurants and only 15 min walk from Sendai station.

It was alright

The washroom wasn’t cleaned when I arrived. The air conditioning didn’t function at night. Other than that the staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is a 4-star by name, but I have had better experiences with a 3-star hotel.

Conveniently located but room is small

This hotel is located within a high rise. The location is not exactly closed to Sendai station but aobadori station which is still convenient. The room is however pretty small. The bathroom has hardly any counter space, or electric outlet. One has to dry hair from the writing desk. Bathroom can store a few items on some narrow glass shelves. We stayed for two nights in February. Outside temperature is cold but inside of the hotel is hot. The temperature control seems not blowing cool air quick enough. The best way to cool down is to open the curtain and let the outside temperature cools down the room via the window glass. The breakfast was good. Stayed there two days and they did not serve the exact same food. We could taste some local specialities. Public bath was fine as well.

They renovated the hotel rooms. Some of them are so small room which has two bed! So we changed a room which we used to use all the time. If you need a desk for your work, pls ask them directly. Otherwise, they provide you small room even though price is almost same.
