Love this hotel, easily accessible to Sendai station! Staff are very kind and accommodating. Our room is always clean. Love the night snacks offered- soba and soft serve ice cream. Also the hotel breakfast has great options. Will defiantly stay here again if we go back to Sendai ;)

Great location. Lots of shopping and near the train station. My room was a little dusty so it triggered my allergies. The desk and headboard were the dusty areas. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary offerings of the free buckwheat noodles in the evening and free drinks and ice cream. Would stay here again.

Great experience, I will go here again.

Great experience, staff has been very kind and helpful. We were traveling with a small kid and they provided great support. Also, kids books are provided in the lounge to keep them busy, and parents more relaxed.
