「This was my second consecutive year experiencing check-in delays at this hotel. On a positive note, the staff's attitude has improved significantly and was much more polite compared to last year. However, the room allocation system still lacks efficiency. During my recent stay, I arrived early and was advised to check back after 2:00 PM. Later, five of my colleagues arrived around 1:30 PM, and all of them were able to get their rooms immediately. Despite being right behind them in line, I was...

「On previous stays, the environment felt rather cold and impersonal, almost as if this was merely a very brief stopping place, which is ironically, true. I chose to repeat this place purely out of convenience as I had an early train to catch to Busan. I also had an early train back from Busan after attending BTS Busan concert. As I’d kept my luggage with the hotel before leaving Seoul, I came back wondering if I could drop off my toiletries for safekeeping together with my stored luggage and...

「I spent 8 days in Hamilton Hotel. I love the location, where was close to all clubs and bars, and restaurant. Next to subway station, literally few steps away from lobby. Clean room, autocleaning toilet bowl, very happy with the stay. Cons: 1. I heard loud music till 4am in the morning. They had given me the earplug. 2. No bathtub. 3. No gym room 4. Swimming pool access needs entrance fee 5. Sauna guy was rude. Sauna facility was old.」

「Great service and tidy room」

「Great place. Comfortable.」

「The hotel location is convenient. It is close to the station. However, there is no elevator; you have to walk up the stairs to get to the hotel. 」
