I stay here often during trips to Seoul as a bargain deal that meets all my requirements. It's near a subway station and bus stop, has restaurants all around it, the neighborhood is quiet (next to a defunct military base). The rooms are clean, always a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, and parking is easy. It's not a shady establishment or love hotel, and is a great place to crash after a long day/night on the town. This is usually my go-to hotel for these reasons.

Great budget hotel! Recommended.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is awesome, next to bus and train stations. The neighborhood has lots of great food options. This is a budget hotel, so manage your expectations in terms of amenities. Overall, I found it to be a great fit for our needs: a nice, clean, accessible, safe place to sleep while our family was on vacation.

A nice place to stay on a budget

Booked 2 rooms for large family. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great: neighborhood has lots of quality food options, and transportation options to all major areas of Seoul. Safe neighborhood. Clean rooms.

Good basic budget option and close to night market, shopping, etc. The property is older and a little run down, but not dirty or anything. Woman at the front desk couldn’t speak much English, but she was kind and check in was easy.

It was close to almost all of tourist spots, very accessible to all transportaions and convenience stores everywhere. There is no bidet in toilet, very small towels, the shower heater is difficult to adjust. But overall it was excellent for the price you paid for.

The staff are friendly. However the room condition was very basic with no bath towers the first day until we asked for it. The bathroom has no bathtub to prevent shower head water shooting everywhere. The bed is very hard and room is small. We were charged over $100 per night but the condition of the room only matches 1-2 star room at $50 per night room . We called the owner asking for some credit back for the first two nights we paid and hope he’ll honor our request with the help from Expedia. The location is fine.

Room not so good, location and service are great

Got a first floor room, the biggest problem was that I could hear everything from the lobby, had two doors and still could hear people walking by and talking, and also could hear other people from other rooms taking showers. The desk was a little dirty but the computer was filthy, had dust that became sticky on the keyboard and mouse. The shower occasionally had a bad smell and I could hear the water flow really loud sometimes. On the other hand, the receptionists were really nice and the location was great, really close to a metro station one stop away from Seoul station and has a lot of cafes and restaurants near by.
