The hotel was great, the location next to a metro station is fantastic for getting around. They even provided toothbrushes and a razor in the room. Only complaint is also the location with a lot of nightlife around. It can get fairly noisy into the early morning.

Good location right next to the Itaewon metro station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The noise level in the Itaewon party district, directly adjacent to the hotel, ist quite high, especially on weekends (ask for a frontside room).

12 years since our last visit, and it’ll be a place we choose again. Comfortable beds and an upgraded bathroom, plus conveniences such as ironing and hairdryer. Right next to Itaewon Station and lots happening every night of the week. Excellent food options, pubs and clubs, and the hotel has a small smoking section outside if you are so inclined. 4th visit to this hotel, and looking forward to the next.

The hotel and room was very clean and modern. Staff at reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Giyeon Kim's English was very good and she attempted to assist with all my questions and provided recommendations. Only reason for the 3 star review on the hotel is because of the unavoidable noise from the clubs right below/behind the hotel's party district. It is especially noisy on the weekends and goes until morning.

The cleaning staff are wonderful. Every they great you when they see you and always attend us well. If you dont mind the music it is a very nice place to stay. It was very convenient to go anywhere. Bus train taxi or walk. Never had an issue. We will be back next year.

The hotel provided all the necessary ammenities and while simple, it was everything that's needed. It's nice they had built in universal plugs so I didn't have to use an adapter. The location is great - even as a solo traveller I felt safe getting to the hotel because it's straight out the subway station and a few steps to the front door. The only (and quite major) downfall is the noise. Since this hotel is surrounded by bar/clubs/restaurants which seem to be open all night, this place would be unbearable for light sleepers. On weekdays, the music would go until 4:30am and on weekends, it didn't stop until after 6:30am. I don't have much trouble sleeping so it didn't bother me too much but I did notice it. They provide complimentary earplugs but I never used them so I don't know if they would work.

This hotel is in a great location for walking, restaurants, shopping. Is on the subway line. The only issue is the noise at night. With the windows closed, ear plugs in (hotel provides them) the music is loud enough to vibrate the windows on the 9th floor. It goes until 4 am every single night

I was there for a reunion. Location was perfect. Pool fun. But guests are given earplugs in their room because you can hear the music from the clubs til 3am....or longer depending on the night. If you're a light sleep ask for the front of the hotel vs the back where the clubs are.

The review points out both the helpfulness of the staff and significant noise and comfort issues experienced during the stay. - The staff were consistently good and helpful throughout the visit. - There was severe noise from club music, BAR every night, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, particularly on the 8th floor at the end of the corridor. - The central air conditioning was turned off, and the heating was on, making the room uncomfortably hot. - Opening the window for fresh air allowed the loud noise to enter. - This hotel is not suitable for light sleepers or guests who require a quiet environment at night; it is better suited for those who sleep during the day. So, if you’re a night owl ( Vampire ) or prefer to sleep during daylight hours, this hotel may be a good fit for you.

If you don't know, this hotel is located right near a bar/clubbing street which is quiet-ish during the day and loud and alive at night. It is a nice area during the day too because it has shopping and direct access to subways and buses. The hotel was pretty good for the most part, however my bathroom did have some hair in the shower and tub before I even used them.

Super convenient if you like to go out, I had fun going to the bars behind the hotel. However I am a HEAVY sleeper and the music woke me up at 4 am… They provide ear plugs and water every day, the room was spacious and cleaned every day as well. I would book there again.
