決済確認

滅多に口コミ書かないのですが非常に気になったことがあります。チェックイン時にフロントで、事前決済にしているにもかかわらず、「1泊こちらの金額になります」とタブレットで支払いを促されました。フロントの男性は「予約はされていますが、決済が済んでおりません」と言うので私の決済ミスだと思い支払いをしようとした時に何かに気付き帳簿を調べはじめ、「大変申し訳ありません、既に決済が済んでいました。と一転低姿勢に変わり、謝罪を繰り返していました。 それから1週間以内にまたこのホテルを利用する機会があり、チェックインをしたらまた「決済が済んでいない」と言われました。今度は女性スタッフです。 どういうチェック体制なのか大変不思議なホテルです。 施設は何も問題ありませんでした。
