"Booked 4 nights stay and since it was non refundable paid for it when booked. Upon my arrival they asked me to make a payment, I showed them my receipt of the payment and emailed it to them. When I checked in the room the comforter looked dirty and hair dryer wasn’t working. They promised me to replace with clean one and fix the dryer. But the next day when we were out and came back they didn’t fix anything but locked the room with our suitcase and belongings inside and asked me to make a...

Top Yalova Province Hotel Reviews

Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul

8/10 Good

"Great stuff! Specially manager Yassin. Amazing location close to all major tourist attractions. My only recommendation is property should be maintained little better,"

Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel with fantastic staff and service. We had breakfast included which was a buffet and it had a great variety of options for all ages. The one thing i think could improve on is thier wifi quality. It was great on the ground floor where yubget wifi 7 speeds. However we were on the 4th floor were it was weak and cut out alot. Other than that highly recommend for familys. Will definitely use this hotel again"

GLK PREMIER Sea Mansion Suites & Spa - Special Class

8/10 Good

"Lovely hotel with character and basic amenities. We stayed in a twin deluxe sea view room including train tracks and litter underneath. It would have been better value if I had not paid a premium for this upgrade. The hot water was rusty with debris though cleared after 10 minutes. Hotel is located on a sloped cobblestone path leading to front entrance of 4 or 5 steps which may be difficult for some to access. Inside there are stairs or lift to access different levels. We did not manage to use the hamman or gym as it was a short trip but was madw aware that this is free to hotel guests. Staff are friendly and very helpful especially Salih who lend an Istanbulkart for the duration. Lots of eateries within 2 to 3 minute walk but at a premium. We bought 5 litre bottles of water at The BiG supermarket (corner shop) nearby for 70try. 15 minute walk to the Sultanahmet square due to slopes around Istanbul. Very convenient location."

The Lola Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh local and international options each morning. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would happily stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
