"Booked 4 nights stay and since it was non refundable paid for it when booked. Upon my arrival they asked me to make a payment, I showed them my receipt of the payment and emailed it to them. When I checked in the room the comforter looked dirty and hair dryer wasn’t working. They promised me to replace with clean one and fix the dryer. Thermal springs in Yalova offer healing waters where you can soak away travel fatigue after exploring the city's waterfront promenade. Visit the historic Yürüyen Köşk, a wooden mansion that Sultan Atatürk famously had moved rather than cut down a beloved tree.
The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very polite, very helpful, and spoke perfect English. The best breakfast in Turkey. The food was plentiful, fresh, delicious, and quickly served. They even made fresh cappuccinos for us which is a rarity in Turkey during Covid.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
One suggestion: you don't have to have dinner at the hotel. There are probably better restaurants nearby offering better quality and value for money.

We stayed in one of the suites with the jacuzzi on the balcony. It was a great room, wonderful view. The breakfast was great. I would highly recommend for someone looking for a quiet, boutique hotel on Buyukada.
