"Very clean and had a fantastic time with the amenities offered. Wish pool would open earlier, to at least have one more fantastic time before check out. I didn't really enjoy breakfast. They use an awkward spice seems like on everything. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay. Clean quiet and nice area."

"upon arrival, we walked into lobby only to have to wait for a period of time, one of the front desk check in monitors/computers was non functional at the time, additionally staff was training a new person, so it was rather slow, but this is life that happens in front of you in real time, so NO BIGGIE. Our room was upstairs above pool area, surprisingly quiet. Room was clean, well furnished, soft bed, good continental breakfast, check out easy. i/we would recommend this to all travelers who have a stop or stay in Gallup N.M."

"This an older hotel that can use some updating but it was clean and the staff, especially the manager, Amanda went over and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable even when I was rather rude when I was frustrated about an issue I did not understand, she was patient and knowledgeable and got everything understandable and actually helped me comprehend the issue. I was extremely tired and she truly was very patient and kind to me. That lady is a true asset👍"
