「Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. 「Clean room. Very good location. Checking in and checking out was super simple and communication with the host was good. Very hot in summer due to being a limited amount of windows and no airflow but really good value for money」

「Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back」

「There wasn't a kitchen as advertised, but rather a microwave. There were pans but no stove to cook on. I bought the ingredients to make a stir fry thinking there were cooking facilities but I had to microwave them instead. The actual apartment was nice, to give it credit, but this is about the only positive experience. The host gave check in instructions but then communication was non-existent. I tried phoning the number given and no answer, I tried messaging to ask about parking and no...

「The ‘studio’ was a medium size bedroom with a shower room built into the corner and fridge, basin and microwave in a shelving unit along the wall. One of the two windows didn’t open and I had to move the bed so I could get the 2nd window open enough to try get fresh air in and cool the room. I definitely over paid a lot for what I got.」

「Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.」
