「Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of.」

「The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card. 「When we walked into our hotel room it smelled clean and fresh which was very welcoming. The room was clean as was the hotel overall. There were a good selection of breakfast items. My only complaint would be that certain breakfast items were out, such as syrup for the waffles and toppings for the oatmeal.」
