「Location was perfect. So peaceful and relaxing. Property was a little dated, but very clean. Lovely extra touches with bread, milk, eggs waiting for us .」

「Great stay very friendly staff nothing too much trouble, excellent location, our 2nd stay here and have booked again for next year Highly recommended」

「It is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for Hereford just 7 minutes away. We used it as a base and visited Hereford Cathedral and the Old House Museum in Hereford, Croft Castle, Leominster, Ledbury (not to be missed) Ross on Wye and Goodrich Castle. All less than 45 mins. away. Also some of the Black and White villages north of the City. Would definitely recommend this hotel and also a trip to...

「loved the place . enjoyed the stay, will return next time in the area」

「Lovely old building with lots of history , well situated in the heart of Ledbury so close to shops , restaurants , pubs etc . Staff were very friendly and helpful . We had an evening meal which was enjoyable and service was excellent. Great choice for breakfast and once again the service was good and efficient. The room was adequate , bed was comfortable and linen clean . It was quirky as befitting a 500 year old property with sloping floors . Bathroom was small as was the shower but that’s to...

「Excellent food, nice environment, very good hotel」

Overall a comfortable and clean stay with...

「Clean, great rooms, friendly staff, well organized.」

「1. No wifi in the room. 2. The TV doesn't work. 3. Tableware not clean in the breakfast restaurant.」

「Friendly services，nice hotel.」

「Kept awake by the dance music and room did not reflect the advert so disappointed with it and disappointed in being directed to a table for breakfast that was right beside the serving station despite lots of other tables free and then with an influx of diners we couldn’t finish our breakfast.」
