「Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you」

「We asked for time To have in order to get our bags packed and checked out the clerk on Sunday morning was a bit rude at first told us she could not do that Then when I asked just for a little extra time I got rude re mark then she said ONLY until 12」

「酒店处于一个偏僻的小镇，如果不是过去曾在此地打过工，我们不会再来此地住宿，房间里一股浓浓的的烟味和潮湿气息。更为恶劣的是居然写信来诬陷我们拿走了他们的啥毛巾。我们一般住小旅馆都自己带一条自己的浴巾，连用都不用旅店的，怎么会看得上那发硬的劣质的毛巾呢？该店人员在没有证据的情况下胡说八道，实在令人气愤！我们保留维护自己名誉的权利！」

「Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was lacking. A/C kept shutting off during the night - kept waking up hot- slept horrible. Note- I've stayed here before and it was always a very comfortable stay. Probably won't stay here again.」

「The location was great, right in the middle of restaurant row. The pool was open and available, the recreation room was closed. My room was clean, but the bedspread was stained badly. My TV did not have a remote control. I had to go back to the front office and ask for one.」

「We had a little problem with our room. Our air conditioner wouldn't stop running. But Michael was not only quick to see about repair but he quickly gave us a new room. Excellent staff and service!」

「It was beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff is exceptional. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the bed was dreamy comfortable after traveling all day. We enjoyed a little time in the casino too. We would definitely return!」
