「There were no instructions for the thermostat, so I did not know how to set it properly to keep the room cool the first night - which ruined my sleep. I finally figured it out at about 5AM. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! 「Everything went great. My only comment for a possible improvement would be to provide a continental breakfast free. Of course a charge for the hot breakfast is to be expected but seemed a bit expensive. But we experienced a very nice stay.」

Toilet paper holder was half hanging off the wall. Toilet itself had never been cleaned. Room only had 2 towels. Breakfast was limited, juice machine broken, etc. 」
