Curtain in room was missing the stick to be able to close it all the way, letting the sign from across the street to flash in the room all night. Not enough towels to make it to the 2nd day to be refilled so had to get from the desk. The pillows are less than desirable. Requested 2 additional for each bed, but was only given 1. 」

「There were no instructions for the thermostat, so I did not know how to set it properly to keep the room cool the first night - which ruined my sleep. I finally figured it out at about 5AM. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it!
