「Our bill was 165 however they held out 215 off the card. I assume it is for a deposit. But there is nothing on the invoice about a deposit. It has not been put back on my account yet, however it has only been 2 days since our stay」

「The hotel and casino are nice. Smoking is allowed in the casino and with it being attached to the hotel some smoke makes it into the hall area of the rooms. Rooms were smoke free though. Pool area is nice.」

「Stayed 3 nights. Reserved a double bed room. Assigned a king bed room by manager who was off duty, no other options. Waiting for a table in a restaurant we met another person staying at this hotel. Single man given a 2 bed room? We were moved to a 2 bed room the second night. No maid service for 2nd night? Air conditioner sounded like it had a bucket of bolts inside when it turned on. Maintenance couldn't fix it. Went down to the bar for a beer but out of stock for any draft beer? ...

「Not a good experience at all. Walked into the room where the inside temperature was close to 100°. And this was after I had to return to the lobby to get a new key because the first one didn’t work. Bathroom and room floors were very dirty, and the Wi-Fi performance was poor. The only good thing to say about our stay was that it was a nice mattress. Will not visit this establishment again.」
