Hotel was nice and clean and we loved our room. Spacious shower, decent view and the Staff was EXCELLENT. The bath accessories were great. But, ZERO breakfast, -0- continental or buffet. Even tho we got a decent rate, at that price... They can do better than that!! The coffee in the room was AWFUL!! I had to get dressed and go into the casino to get coffee! Not fun!! Oh they have lots of cafes /restaurants but they're pricey! It was our Anniversary and the gurl at the front desk gave us a small 4pc box of chocolates. She was very sweet and so was the young man who helped us with our luggage. Of course they're working for tips, soooo... But he was very kind. He offered to go to car with us, literally round trip .50 miles. I clock my walking and hubs will NOT do Valet service. Soooo... we walked!

It was a very nice place. The hotel looks just like the pictures and we had a great view of the river. Book your room and everything else is extra FYI. Spa was limited in services. I would have liked a 90 minute massage verse a 60 minute. I wasn’t able to book a pedicure. Pool was open but pool seating was not out.

We typically stay at the Hard Rock, but their rooms were $500 on Friday, so we decided to try River Spirit and we were PLEASANTLY surprised! From Valet, to the Front Desk, to the room, to the restaurants! Incredible, spectacular experience! We are happy to say that River Spirit has stolen us from Hard Rock! See you next month!

Almost everything was perfect. Beautiful property, amazing service and great food. The casino was fun as well. We booked 2 rooms good views of the river. My room unfortunately had a bed that felt like it was broken and had a very old hard mattress and I love a firm mattress. So no sleep for us. The shower is very large gorgeous tiles and no water pressure. Could have been the time of day because my daughter was across from me and had great water pressure. My daughter sent me a picture from her room in the evening and i couldn't figure out what i was looking at? Apparently there was a bloody bandaid stuck to her T.V. remote, she went to use the ohone and the face of it was sticky. We notified the staff upon check-out i believe they comped me $5.00. If they have a better bed I would definitely go back for a longer stay.

found out we had a dily food and beverage allowance but we were never informed about it a 6% resort fee was added to our room rate daily and i think,but not sure we should have been offered a room upgrade it was never offered. understand it is a casino first. not sure if we will stay again

Absolutely love this property. Won’t stay anywhere else. BUT…. Unless you like your pillows 10” thick, bring your own pillow. We asked the front desk if they had any other pillows to choose from- they do not. We had to run to Walmart and purchase our own pillows for our stay.
