「We had a little problem with our room. Our air conditioner wouldn't stop running. But Michael was not only quick to see about repair but he quickly gave us a new room. Excellent staff and service!」

「The room and hotel was nice but never cooled off till that morning. It was muggy in the rooms. The restaurant food was good, staff needed help. Had to order our drinks twice, no big deal. Until I didn't get my drink until after the food because waitress never came back to check on us. Then brought our food and never saw her again until check.」

「Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was lacking. A/C kept shutting off during the night - kept waking up hot- slept horrible. Note- I've stayed here before and it was always a very comfortable stay. Probably won't stay here again.」

「The location was great, right in the middle of restaurant row. The pool was open and available, the recreation room was closed. My room was clean, but the bedspread was stained badly. My TV did not have a remote control. I had to go back to the front office and ask for one.」
