「Clean, easy check in and check out.」

「The property felt very new and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. It had a very contemporary feel and the location downtown Bartlesville near the Phillips Conoco businesses (within walking distance) was very helpful. We were traveling with a nine year-old and a six-year-old child who absolutely loved the indoor pool.」

「What a beautiful B&B!! Perry is an exceptional host. Beds and pillows- so comfy!! And the water pressure great. Breakfast was delish!! Perry made sure my daughter was celebrated for her 30th bday AND he kept me fed, I showed up starving and he whipped me up a snack. His pup Sadie is an Angel!!」

「You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep, clean sheets, clean shower. It had all that. It was musty smells and air conditioning wasn't great but for price not bad.」

「We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and should have been moved to another easier in our stay. The pool area smelled of strong chlorine and the flooring was coming up in the exercise room. Staffing was very friendly and courteous however not as responsive and we thought they should have been to our toilet none flushing issue.」

「The location was great, right in the middle of restaurant row. The pool was open and available, the recreation room was closed. My room was clean, but the bedspread was stained badly. My TV did not have a remote control. I had to go back to the front office and ask for one.」
