「Everything was good, room was smaller then expected but it worked for what it was. Only bad comment I have is the hotel and a bad smell can't explain it but it was bad.」

「Stayed 3 nights. Reserved a double bed room. Assigned a king bed room by manager who was off duty, no other options. Waiting for a table in a restaurant we met another person staying at this hotel. Single man given a 2 bed room? We were moved to a 2 bed room the second night. No maid service for 2nd night? Air conditioner sounded like it had a bucket of bolts inside when it turned on. Maintenance couldn't fix it. Went down to the bar for a beer but out of stock for any draft beer? ...

「酒店处于一个偏僻的小镇，如果不是过去曾在此地打过工，我们不会再来此地住宿，房间里一股浓浓的的烟味和潮湿气息。更为恶劣的是居然写信来诬陷我们拿走了他们的啥毛巾。我们一般住小旅馆都自己带一条自己的浴巾，连用都不用旅店的，怎么会看得上那发硬的劣质的毛巾呢？该店人员在没有证据的情况下胡说八道，实在令人气愤！我们保留维护自己名誉的权利！」

「We had a little problem with our room. Our air conditioner wouldn't stop running. But Michael was not only quick to see about repair but he quickly gave us a new room. Excellent staff and service!」

「The hotel and casino are nice. Smoking is allowed in the casino and with it being attached to the hotel some smoke makes it into the hall area of the rooms. Rooms were smoke free though. Pool area is nice.」

「I like everything」

「The staff, all the staff, were polite and respectful. However, in our room, there were 2 lamps that did not have bulbs. I asked for two light bulbs, but was told that only the manager had those and he was not in. Therefore we had very little light because the curtain cords were not connected to the automatic opener. The faucet in the tub put three times as much water in the tub than we had in the shower head. We probably won’t stay there in the future.」

「The location was great, right in the middle of restaurant row. The pool was open and available, the recreation room was closed. My room was clean, but the bedspread was stained badly. My TV did not have a remote control. I had to go back to the front office and ask for one.」
