This property was beautiful. The rooms were clean. Amenities were nice. The only downside was that this hotel does not have a free breakfast, which was one of the reasons that I booked the property but otherwise the stay was amazing and I will be back.

Room was very nice and clean. Lobby was very nice. It was pretty easy to check in even though it is unmanned. We had an a little bit of issue with a same day res but the after hours maintenance number got us someone to help us. Will definitely stay here again.

This place was so much more than I thought I was getting. We stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for less than you can get a hotel room. The whole building was beautiful. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Bartlesville!

The room was cozy & clean. There were plenty of towels & soaps. Access to the building & room was easy with keypad codes. Parking was ample. We would have liked to have known ahead that there were kitchen amenities, but we were thankful to find them. I would recommend this place & consider it for a future stay.

Our envelope for checking in was not at the front desk. I tried to call the numbers listed to no avail. But the residents there were the best. We had 6 people stop and wanted to help us out. A young lady called someone and they came downstairs and got it all straightened out. We would definitely stay there again. The room was immaculate.

We had a very nice room, more like a small suite, that was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished for a very reasonable price. It was in an historic building with a great city view from the open-air rooftop lounge/smoking area (if you can tolerate being around smoke). Details like soft thick towels were an added touch. It was within walking distance (10 minutes) of several downtown restaurants. One downside: decaf coffee pods were promised but never delivered. Note; the listing shows breakfast included but they do not furnish any breakfast. The hostess said they had tried to remove that from the listing.

This building is a treasure! I love the effort to maintain the period feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the speak easy game room and the rooftop deck was a nice place to relax in the breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.

The locks didn’t work very well on the door to my room. Homeless people made themselves at home in the free cafe. Apart from that, it was good.

Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!

I had expected the living room to have a pull out couch bc it was listed in the description but was disappointed to find the only bed being the one in the bedroom. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable.

We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. It was very clean. The roof access was neat but was occupied by several older people who smoked the entire time and as a non smoker that was unpleasant.

A/C in room was broken during our stay, check in/out process went smoothly except you need a code at the front door past 6:30pm. My door code was in my check in envelope on the front desk so I’m think figure out a way to upload that to Expedia or send an automated message?
