「The Mayo was a wonderful hotel. (I don’t quite know what the name refers to as I never saw any mayonnaise in sight!) But worth a lovely stay here if you’re in the area.」

「The property was very nice and modern. My main issue was in the room. The view was amazing but the windows were really dirty and they took away from the view quite a bit. The bathroom toilet had a hair on it when we first used it and there was a substance of some sort dried on the wall of the shower. There were short hairs in the shower and the bathtub drain was broken. The bathroom door knob was also broken. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom didnt work even after we tried...

「Had a bad experience. We choose to stay here for a concert at the BOK Center. The shower was broken (we had to have someone hold the temp gauge while showering so it wouldn't make the water hotter) and all night we heard staff walking in and out the maintance room right next to us. They couldn't refund due to me paying my stay thru Expedia and the only thing they can do was give me stars. My account doesn't reflect any stars from them and it's been a week since. 「Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.」

「I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.」

「No good And I did not get to stay bc there is no one after 10 pm They don’t have a person to get your room that u booked up and pay for at night time It looks really bad anyways ! I understand it’s sheep but my goodness That place is not good at all . Do book there ! It’s dangerous also .」
