「This is a historic hotel but things are a bit in transition. My room was clean, very spacious but with a mixture of some parts partially renovated and others quite dated. Given the older windows, the street noise creeps in easily. Nothing about my room really looked as depicted online. Valet service was good. Restaurant is ok. Not a bad choice but the hotel seems a bit aspirational.」

No covered parking options (they do have a gated lot that you have to pay for), we got no sleep because of the wind blowing through AC units “whistling” all night on an adjacent roof right outside my window (this was very loud and never stopped), weird shower door that is open on half with no ability to close so water got everywhere, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling but there was no way to actually use it as none of the wall switches turned it on, in...

「The woman who checked me in, fabulous. The room was beautiful though looked out toward a parking garage. The blinds were closed but the ambiance was perfect and it didn’t matter, the decore is what’s to look at. ,The lobby bartender was lovely, the doorman and staff overall perfect 10. I didn’t make it to the gym this trip but already rebooked for another great experience. 」

「PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on...

「Don’t request a room away from the elevator and ice machine. Staff will then give you a room BY the elevator and the ice machine. Toilet was clogged in the evening, housekeeper knocked in the early a.m. Location was great. breakfast was decent. Special request ignored. 」

「The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.」

「Checking in was smooth. The young man that was there made us feel welcomed. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. This place does have a CARPORT, it's limited to few vehicles. Easy access to highway and restaurants. 」
