「The Mayo was a wonderful hotel. (I don’t quite know what the name refers to as I never saw any mayonnaise in sight!) But worth a lovely stay here if you’re in the area.」

「Front desk staff is great. Hotel is ok.Be prepared to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. Then you will need to walk to the hotel. It's not super long, but those with children or elders may want to either drop them off and have another adult wait with them while you park.Breakfast was good ,but the breakfast area was dirty. Pancake mix ,crumbs on counters. Stayed three nights and went to breakfast the first morning. I did not return after that. Just personal preference I would NOT...

The shower was broken (we had to have someone hold the temp gauge while showering so it wouldn't make the water hotter) and all night we heard staff walking in and out the maintance room right next to us. 「Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.」
