"Great room and customer service "

"I just spent 4 nights stranded in Philadelphia Airport and stayed at the Delta for one during that time period. I wished I could have stayed here all of the nights; it's a much nicer and more economical than the others in the area. The night I stayed there was a car accident in the area which caused a temporary power outage at the hotel. I've always believed you learn most about a place when you see them handle adversity. The Delta was ready for this and still provided a great service despite that handicap. Thanks also to Placida for helping me handle a reservation issue. Stuck in Philly Airport, do yourself a favor and just stay here. Nice shuttle, nice people, nice hotel."

"Hotel was generally clean but the entire place smelled like weed and was worse when the air conditioning kicked on. Toilet didn't flush property and cleaning staff was very loud in the hallways and nearby rooms until 9:00pm. Close to airport with shuttle and ok breakfast. "

"My mom was traveling by herself. A 62 years old women who bearly knows English. Frontier cancelled her flight (horrible airline) and it was already 2 something A.M. I was trying to help her from Florida through the phone. She was scared and cold an no hotel would take her at that time because something about turning over. So, when I called this hotel Tatiana was very friendly and after explaining what happened she said to go ahead with the booking through Expedia and she would ensure to take my mom. She even told the shuttle to pick up my mom I'm a certain spot, since she was not able to find the shuttle pick up area. When my mom arrived to the hotel, Tatiana was very kind to her. So, thank you so much to both of you. My mom wanted to give the shuttle guy a tip but didn't had spare change and she didn't know how to say it in English. The hotel was warm, clean and my mom felt secure there. Thank you so very much!"

"Room wasn't cleaned well beforehand. Lots of debris on the floor including a some broken glass shards from what might have been a pipe. Additionally the bathroom shower/tub drain was clogged with visible dirt and debris left behind. Although the room was non-smoking, it still smelled of stale cigarettes."
