"Price was ok. Got there, noticed that there was a lot of traffic… busses full of teammates, probably going to a game etc. The staff looked stressed out. Elevator was filthy, right outside my door was an open trash bag… smelled bad…room was decent… clean sheets. Bathroom needs an upgrade tiles had old grout stains that needs some attention. So overall 1.5 stars maybe round up to 2 and thats generous. Sorry! "

"They are I. The middle of renovation. On the 9 th floor no ice available. And the bathroom was cold no heat flowing in. No way to warm food. No other complaints."

"I did not stay at this hotel. I booked and got on the highway. While I was driving there, I received a call from the hotel that all the rooms were booked and there was no room available. No mention of a refund. I had to pull off the highway late at night and call Expedia for help. Luckily, Expedia made it right and I stayed at the Sheraton in Wilmington, which I loved. "

"My rooms were clean when I checked in. But even after staying in a room more than 3 days at a time and asking to have the room served it was never done. Ine night at 2am i had to do to the front desk looking for sheets and towels after i left them in the hallway that morning and being told my room would be serviced. I had to clean my own tub"
