Desk staff was so nice and amazing. However room was dirty. Clumps of hair, cobwebs; chipped paint. And he water out of will is very cloudy! Outdated sagging mattress. Hot tub was not working and pool was coldest I ever felt. Made for very boring stay

Excellent location, near many restaurants, etc, but tucked nicely off the main road. Lovely grounds. I wish breakfast was included in the price. We were in town for a wedding, it was a quick drive to the venue and the sites of the area.

The air conditioning was broken. And the food there was pre cooked could have had a better food selection. But the pool and hot tub was good. And the room was clean and comfortable. The customer service there was amazing and so was the tv as well.

The hot tube was not in working condition. Pool was very cold! The front desk personal, Cristina, did his best efforts to find a way to turn on the heater in the pool, so we are grateful for their help. The room floor and tube were not the cleanest. No complimentary coffee in the morning except for the cheap coffee makers in the room. Quite disappointing when considering the price.

Delightful gal at check in, could not have been nicer. Do wish I had noticed when booking that breakfast is not included. Not a deal breaker, but we probably would have stayed somewhere where breakfast is included in the price. This hotel has a bistro and you can purchase breakfast. The stay was great.My grandkids had a great time in the hot tub and the pool ,Lots of Restaurants in walking distance.!Mall across the street. if you don’t want to go out theyserve food there . the chip Ken sandwich was great The customer service was the best.You were greeted with a smile as the door I Irecommend this hotel.

Good enough, short drive to attractions and restau

We had a problem with the heat in our room but the kind woman at the front desk checked it out and gave us a different room immediately. All was good after that. The hotel is clean but has a smell of new carpets. It’s on a strip mall highway, but a short drive to Brandywine attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We went to the Mount Cuba Center, about 17 minutes away. Water was nice and hot.

The hotel room was clean but the patio was not cleaned. The furniture was dirty covered in cobwebs. The hotel pool was not heated and the hot tub was out of service. We requested a pack n play for our 6 month old, which they did provide but it was very old and had lots of holes in the net. No sheets for the crib or pull out couch. Everything else was great and the customer service was top notch.

The stay was good in a quiet safe area. The issues I experienced were that there were black skid-like marks on the sheets of one bed, and on check out I was waiting for a receipt, but the staff member was on a call and unable to produce a receipt at the time. After waiting a while, I finally asked for it to be sent via email and I have yet to receive a receipt, but I have received several surveys.

While the hotel is renovating rooms and floors one at a time, they are still putting guests in old rooms at the same rate ($$ per night). Our room was one of the old ones, and so dirty. Missing its full length mirror (only the rod and nails in the wall remained), cracking paint and stains on the walls, stains on the carpet, flickering dingy lighting. Just dirty. My mother and father in law stayed in a renovated room and had a good experience. I am glad they got one of the new rooms. I was terribly disappointed with my experience in the old, dingy, unkept room, at the same $$ rate as the renovated room, and would never stay at this hotel again if I didn't know one day the room I stayed in would be renovated (and hopefully actually cleaned properly.)
