「This hotel has spacious rooms and a welcoming lobby, and the friendly reception staff are happy to pour guests a glass of champagne to enjoy in the atrium or their rooms. An old department store, it still has mannequins modeling the latest 1920s fashion on the different floors. It’s in the heart of town, walkable to shops & restaurants, but also a bit noisy. Our room was unfortunately above the dumpster area, so we were awoken by the beeping of trucks backing up. A reason to pack earplugs in...

「Room was very comfortable - could have used a lounge chair. Bathroom was spacious, had great amenities and the multi head shower with great pressure was awesome. Valet parking was prompt and accessible and the front desk staff were pleasant and eager to please. My one VERY MINOR complaint was they didn't leave coffee pods when cleaning the room so had to go down stairs for my morning coffee. Like I said, minor. Very happy with our stay overall.」

「I did not know they allow dogs, for me that is a negative because someone across the hallway has 2 dogs that keeps fighting. Really sure it is going to be a sleepless night. The resort could use a facelift.」
