"Wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10. The best thing about the experience was the staff. "Ok should have known staying at a hotel while it was having building work done, first night very cold and put it down to complicated temperature control. But the next day when going out seeing heaters being moved out of rooms. Once I returned I sat how cold it was and was promptly given a heater room was nice a toasty. Parking, once you have a space Don't move your car or lose the space. But I was warned. It was a shame that I encountered the member of staff knew nothing about road tolls or M6 charges. "

"Clean, easy check in and out. Great room service. Room was a bit out of the way and difficult to find at first as was accessed by separate elevator but staff was helpful. A bit odd that bathroom had no door. "
