「Cannot speak highly enough about the staff, particularly Jan, and all the others that helped make our long weekend stay in Helen magical! The grounds were clean and well-kept. We loved having dinner at the restaurant overlooking the mountains, with our nightcap at the rooftop bar. Golf was a challenge but an absolutely gorgeous course! This property is very conveniently located to Helen and many hiking trails, vineyards, and great food!」

「First let’s talk about how nice they were at the front desk, Kayla figured out a credit card issue for us and was very patient. The property was in a perfect area to be able to walk to all The Oktoberfest Festivities, love the swings by the river, super relaxing. Loved the quick breakfast options to grab on your way out for the day especially the lemon loaf and waffles in a bag. The property could be updated a bit and it would be nice if the curtains could block all the walkway light, and if the...

「Very nice staff! There was a glitch in the phone number when we tried to assist a guest checking in late. A person was there but the phone cinnection didn't work. She gave us an alternate number. Everything worked out just fine in the end.」
