「The apartment was perfect for our needs - spotlessly clean, full kitchen, and two bathrooms, which is so handy with four people. The beds were firm and the pillows were very good quality. We loved the secure basement parking, quiet complex, clean and fast lifts. There's a large shopping centre across the road. Only notes to make - the washing machine had a musty smell, there were only highly-perfumed laundry sheets for washing (so we bought our own) and there were no pegs (but we had brought...

「Property was perfect for my needs while inwas staying in canberra. Small, cosy, great location and easy to get to and from. I loved that i could cook dinner each night rather then eat out and spend extra. Would absolutely book again. 」

「Beautiful apartment with wonderful views. Very peaceful and close to Kingston foreshore with restaurants and Manuka shops. Great place to stay.」

「Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.」

「Customer service was amazing - Althoigh obtaining keys way a little like The Great Race they instructions were very thorough and very clear thank you for you meticulous effort and care. Perfect AC well equipped with all the necessities - highly recommend it.」

「Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra」

「So clean, comfortable and in a good location. Easy to walk to bus station or to drive to major tourist spots. Kitchen and laundry facilities fantastic for a family visit to Canberra. Only complaint was the kitchen knives were quite blunt.」
