「A great stay especially for the price and distance, short walk to bus stops. It was spacious, well furnished and came with towels and some toiletries too. It has a few heaters although air-con on a warmer temp setting was sufficient. However, the exact address wasn't clear until after the booking and I had to text through the guest portal to know the floor of the flat. Another thing was some of the cleanliness - a couple of the bowls, plates and utensils were quite dirty, and the tea towel...

「The property manager did not contact me with the instructions to get access to the apartment. I was left with a 3-night booking, from 23rd - 26th March 2026, that could not be honoured. Then on 30th March I received an email advising the property would not be available on the dates I booked, due to "operational issues". As an unreliable service, I would never recommend this property.」

「The room was small but ok. The only big issue was the bracket for the shower head was broken which made it very hard to shower」

「The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience.」
