"The room was spotless. I asked for additional towels and coffee and it was brought up to the room in minutes. It was nice having free laundry services. The neighborhood was fun, safe, and clean. It is conveniently located near the underground, and there are plenty of great pubs nearby."

"The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. Window latches were unreliable, and a number of ceiling lights were out or flickering. Smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the balcony ledge. Bathrooms were solid and washing machine was perfect for us. The service was great, and space overall worked well for our family, but given other options available I would opt for another accommodation for a future trip"

"Room is a bit dated, with a shower that you have to mix from the bath taps and is a bit weak but adequate. Oddly small pillows that were not very comfortable. Friendly staff and great breakfast."
