「Clean and very comfortable room..the bed was very comfy, could do with a few more milks as not enough for 2 people or could do with a small fridge. The food in the restaurant was excellent as always, the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The bar and outside seating is comfortable. The reception was quick and informative. Plenty of parking and a bus stop right outside for a trip to York. Lovely grounds, well maintained . The spa is a lovely place to relax.. This is our 5th time here,...

「Check in staff were very friendly and informative. Easy walking distance to the Royal Armouries. While I didn't reserve the room with the breakfast option, we were able to purchase it separately. In the future I would make I included it. 」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」
