「Booked this hotel last minute to avoid the drive home, and I’m so glad we did! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely especially Libby, who checked us in, she was so friendly and helpful — a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and we all really enjoyed it. The location was great too. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back! 😊」

「Hidden paradise」

「I stayed 7 nights here, which by the sounds of it, is unusual. I get the impression that people normaly one or two night. Very friendly staff and for the first two days, was reminded to contact them if I needed anything. After the first two days, I didn't see any staff members to ask, but there was a phone number provided to call. The reception area was never manned. The rooms are reasonable for the price and was given a choice of two - room 2 or room 7. I chose room 7, as it was on the...

「Great communication as a self check in with a lock box, plenty of private parking next to the accommodation. Carlton Towers has a tea room within walking distance which was convenient. Room was big with everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area.」
