「Clean room friendly staff」

「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

「Lovely old building on the river. Easy walk on town path through scenic Harnham water meadows, with views of the Cathedral, to the city centre. Great to have free parking for clients. The room had everything you need, hairdryer, tea & coffee pods, good bathroom and products. Our room looked over a roof, a view would have been better, but booked late. Some noise from below, but all quiet after 10pm and slept very well. Friendly staff in the dining room, enjoyed evening meal & breakfast.」

「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast...

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Vine. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us as we came in quite late. They helped us with parking and we found our room well stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation! They even brought our breakfast at our room so we could, continue on our travels quickly. Our room was quite large and very comfortable! 」
