「Very good stay. Very nice well appointed room. Couple of small points. For breakfast the cooked food was excellent but thought there could be a bit more in the buffet e.g. fruit/pastries. Also our room was right above the out of hours entrance so there can be some noise from people returning late plus deliveries take place right outside the room so we had the pleasure of a noisy beer delivery around 7am. We ate in the restaurant one night and food and service were very good.」

「Stayed here for two nights while visiting Bath. Loved the room (named "Jake") with its compact space and the layout between the room and the bathroom. You just can't get places that have character like this in the States. Ate dinner both nights in the restaurant which was very good. On both nights (weeknights) the restaurant was full. The venison pie was outstanding. Opting for something more healthy my wife and I chose the porridge with local honey the first morning and repeated the same...

「Was there for 3 nights, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was good, the only downside I felt is the breakfast timing. It starts only by 8:00, but they're are happy to pack you something if you let them know in advance. 」

「We (my two adult daughters and myself) just came back from a 12 night stay in the UK. We went to 9 hotels, and this was our favorite! It was so quiet and peaceful there with no outside noise. The setting was beautiful with lots of outside dining spaces. The rooms were nice and the staff was super sweet. Breakfast was amazing with large, cook to order options.
