「It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help...

「Excellent location, 5-10 min walk to lots of attractions.Spotlessly clean, suprisingly quiet. Perfect for three adults. Bed v comfortable, bathroom v clean. Felt safe, our contact Kara was v helpful via Whatsapp as my phone not great. Finally it had been a few years since visiting this area of London and I felt safe walking about as plenty of police and security about.
