"Everything was great except parking. We chose to use valet and they lost our car. The Moxy front desk staff couldn’t help us as the valet was a third party. The valet the morning of check out was very helpful and did eventually find our car after searching all the lots. Then I was charged double the original fee. Again, Moxy staff couldn’t address the issue so I spoke to the local manager of the valet service who initiated a refund of $55 but said that they never lost my car, it was just under the incorrect phone number. Waiting two hours as the poor morning shift valet has to search every lot and take pictures of different license plates to locate your car indicates that the car has been temporarily misplaced. "

"The property is nice. Rooms are large and seemed clean. Close to Southpark Mall and other shopping and food areas. The check in staff were friendly and accommodating. We did have one major issue with sewage coming up through the shower drain. We called the front desk and they got us moved to a new room right away. "

"Upon Check In, the 1st room had blood stains on a pillow. I was given another room, and it had a stain on the bathroom floor and the air conditioner smelled like vinegar with cookie pieces broken up in the vent and carpet was lifted in one area. Also had tiny food particles on the floor"

"We found a dirty glass under the console which was never picked up during our stay. There was a hole in my sheets and my pillow case was frayed and torn. Not a good experience."

"Didn't use Gym I dod check its contents and it wad adequate equipped. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. My only issue I was housed on a floor under construction and in a far corner with equipment in the hallway, Restaurant and bar under construction. This should have been communicated. Great locations!!!!"
