"Our stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who explained everything thoroughly and welcomed us with a delicious welcome drink. We also met our butler, Ferguson, who assisted with our luggage and showed us to our room. Even arriving around 8 PM, there was still a delicious buffet available for dinner, which was a great start to our trip.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a plunge pool that was cleaned regularly during our visit. Housekeeping was exceptional they came twice daily, and each evening they turned down our bed and left cookies, which was such a nice touch.
Zoëtry is located in the beautiful Marigot Bay, and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The resort has a small, quaint beach accessible by a complimentary 5-minute ferry ride across the bay. Kayaking and several other water activities were also included in our stay, which we really enjoyed.
We truly loved the staff and wish we could remember everyone’s names, but some standout team members included Jean Quan, Angel, Alex, Tony, Rashida, Andrea, Ferguson, Kaelan, and Neal. Everywhere we went we were met with smiles and “my pleasure,” which made the experience feel warm and personal.
Zoëtry Marigot Bay is perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, breathtaking views, exceptional service, and a memorable vacation experience. We would absolutely return!"
