This was honestly the best stay I had at a hotel, and I have stayed at many. The room was very clean and the layout of the room was appropriate for a short or longer stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, suggesting places on the island to visit and it is absolutely beautiful in St. Vincent. The restaurant Islanders, which is on the property, had excellent food, service was great and the food was prepared and served in a short time. They also had activities on certain nights, like games night and karaoke.I have nothing negative to say because it was ALL GOOD.

I appreciate the Myah Hotel for its amenities, comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff, and an experienced masseuse. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk manager during my second visit was disappointing. Due to an emergency, I was unable to arrive for my reservation the previous night. I explained the circumstances and asked whether I could still receive the breakfast I had already paid for and continue with my scheduled massage. The manager responded in a manner I found rude and patronizing, and informed me that I could not receive breakfast because I had missed the previous night’s reservation. Although I acknowledge my emergency and did not ask for a refund. I understand that hotels have policies, I believe the situation could have been handled with greater courtesy, compassion, and professionalism. I have enjoyed many aspects of this hotel, but the way this matter was handled significantly affected my experience. Additional customer service training is needed to ensure future guests are treated respectfully, especially during unexpected emergencies.
