The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too! Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax. Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service or if we were in the restaurant. Drinks would take 30 min also. Wedding was PERFECT! Every detail was taken care of and we are so glad we chose here for it! Over all, the week was good! Just minor things that need to be improved on.

The staff at Ladera is committed to making sure you have a great stay, and it shows in every touch point — from planning excursions to turndown service. They do offer room service breakfast but I recommend eating breakfast at the restaurant. Take the time to explore! There are so many cool features!

The views from our room were absolutely breath taking. The privacy was incredible for our occasion which was our honeymoon. The staff treated us like absolute royalty! We also thoroughly enjoyed the hike on the property, the handmade art available, and the beautiful restaurant on site. Another unique thing was the property provided us with a cell phone to contact them for anything we needed (taxi, directions, etc.) wherever we roamed in the area. We absolutely adored this place and hope to come back soon!

The room we stayed in was immaculate and luxurious! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with booking everything from dinner to excursions. The food in the restaurants on site was delicious and offered a wide variety for all palates. The views of the Pitons from my room and from the restaurant at the resort were fantastic. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to feel pampered or wants a romantic location with their partner. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time.

I would give 5 stars to the room - the amazing views and heated plunge pool . Stunning and totally unique. I must note that even though we had a butler with the room - it did not live up to its billing. The staff were very kind and friendly , HOWEVER the quality, level of service and lack of communication between staff did not match the surroundings and cost ( during our stay in St Lucia we stayed in other hotels where service was exceptional and seamless ) . In addition, the food was average, which again was rather disappointing . Though we had an excellent dinner at the Rabot across the road. The hotel’s own trail was short but v good and brought closer fantastic views of the Petit Pitons. Finally , if it’s your thing - The CV, weights and Pilates rooms were very well equipped and extremely good. Overall , I would say 4 stars - we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay but there are a few areas they really need to work on and they should not rely on the view alone to do all the hard work !

I had an incredible stay at Ladera! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view of the mountains from my room was absolutely breathtaking—perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I also loved the amenities and the peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend Ladera to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with spectacular scenery.

Friendly staff and excellent food. There was an issue with our room and the manager made sure it was all set. There was always a helpful staff member to answer any questions or help. Very clean. Very accommodating. Did I mention the excellent food. We opted for the all inclusive plan which was well worth it.
