The staff was amazing! The resort was beautiful! We enjoyed everything except the buffet food which was bland and cold. The Italian restaurant was delicious. Our room was nice but the shower leaked so the paint in the entryway was peeling and kind of smelled like mildew at the end of the day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant. Gorgeous beach and not crowded. Our only complaint was that there was a large group staying there and they took all the slots for the specialty restaurants. We had to eat at the buffet every night, which was only okay. If they can accommodate that big of a group, they should also be able to accommodate the other guests in the specialty restaurants too.

I would just say the swim up pools as I stayed in 20-102 could use a heater as the sun does not heat the pool like the two big main ones. The walkout beachfront room is amazing. Building 15 was perfect location to everything and still right on the beach. Drinks were very good. We enjoyed the massage services and Royalton fit had many daily activities and classes and the gym was spotless. A very relaxed/quiet vibe.
