"Very friendly staff, a young man helped to store our bags as we were very early for check in. He was there in our return and dealt with us in a very welcoming manner. Check in was easy , all the staff were helpful and polite. We had booked a twin room but on arrival it was configured as a double. With in minutes this was rectified by friendly staff. We had gone to a concert in the evening but had not tea bags left or milk. We requested more and before we had chance to take off our coats in the room , a member of staff brought plentiful supply of all provision. The staff could not have been more helpful. We loved our room and the large bathroom , it was clean , comfortable and I will definitely return without hesitation "

"The room was a highlight, intelligently designed, well laid out, and genuinely comfortable from a usability perspective. Everything was exactly where you would expect it to be. Unfortunately, the bed undermined the entire experience. The mattress was notably uncomfortable, and the frame creaked with even minor movement. For a stay built around rest, that is not a small detail. Service was efficient but impersonal. Both the front desk and café staff handled tasks competently, but with little warmth or engagement. At checkout, there was no enquiry about the stay, which reinforced the overall impression that guests are processed rather than welcomed. I paid £40 for a late checkout until 2pm, which appeared not to have been communicated to housekeeping, as they entered the room while I was changing. An avoidable and unwelcome interruption. Overall, while the room design reflects clear thought and investment, the broader experience does not match that standard. It is a well-designed product let down by execution. I would not return, which is disappointing given how strong the fundamentals are."

"The Clermont is a beautiful hotel located next a gorgeous train station. The room was very pleasant other than the fact that here, like just about everywhere else they use duvets on their beds. I hate duvets. OK, enough ranting. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and well worth the price. Despite being right next to a major transportation center I was not bothered by the noise at all. If you want to see a show there are two theatres within a 5 minute walk, "Hamilton" was on at one and "Wicked" was showing at the other. Of course you can easily get to the West End (and practically everywhere else) by using the underground trains next door at Victoria Station. "

"Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra. Cafe area and more seating and work areas. Heads up, bag storage is £15 per suitcase and early check in £ 40. Room was super clean and very simple. No hairdryers or any frills but that's fine for what we wanted. Check out easy. Beautiful Japanese restaurant opposite called Shoryu . We had a fab time! "
