"Staff were miserable. The toilet and shower facilities were disgusting. I appreciate it’s a hostel but this has been by far the worst one I have personally ever stayed at. Rooms were smelly even though windows were open. "

"Excellent property itself - very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, although the only downfall was there were no chopping boards, oil, salt pepper or kitchen towels, so you might want to bring your own. Other than that, it was an excellent stay, very quiet and very close to Waitrose and Battersea Power Station. Concierge is not 24 hours, so make sure you arrive before 6pm to collect the keys as they don’t work for Charles Hope. Communication from...

"Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating. "
"Amazing reception hall. Beautiful hotel and room. Paid for updgrade for room and complimentary mini bar but the fridge was empty asid from 2 Budweisers and a pre canned Jack and Coke. That was not worth "
"Friendly check in staff, rooms were very clean with a great view of St Katherine’s Dock.
Breakfast was great, also on-site parking was reasonably priced."
"Beautiful hotel rooms are so nice and luxurious.
The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room.
Also be aware that the bar area is closed
Staff were really good and helpful in every area. "
